Our Diabetes Education program is taught by our Diabetes Educator Crystal Bartlett, CDE and Dietician Quentin Lawson, RD. The program is covered by Medicare and most insurance companies.
We also offer therapeutic shoes for patients with diabetes. Medicare and many other insurance companies pay for 1 pair of therapeutic shoes each calendar year for diabetic patients. Medicare and insurance companies require a prescription from your doctor, but you can purchase therapeutic shoes without a prescription.
