Completing then Immunization Consent Form before arriving will allow us to administer your vaccination more quickly. No appointment is needed for any vaccination.

Vaccines offered at Wynn's: 

Covid Vaccine

- We administer the Moderna vaccine.
- Currently, the Moderna vaccine has not been approved for booster shots for 65 and older. However, immunocompromised individuals may receive their additional shot.
- The Moderna vaccine has been approved for those 18 and older. 
- At this time, the CDC does not recommend "mixing" covid vaccines. For instance, if your first shot was the Pfizer shot, you need to continue with the Pfizer vaccination process.
- Covid vaccines are administered on weekdays from 9am-11am and 2pm-5pm.
- There is no cost to you; however, please bring your insurance card so we can bill the administration fee to your insurance.

Moderna Information from the CDC

Flu Vaccine

- Flu vaccines are available beginning October 1st. 
- Flu vaccines are given on weekdays from 9am- 11am and 2pm-5pm
​- We administer flu vaccines to those 16 and older. 
- Most insurances cover the influenza vaccine. 
Flu Shot Information from the CDC

Shingles Vaccine

- Shingles vaccines are given on weekdays from 9am-11am and 2pm-5pm.
- No appointment necessary.
- We administer then Shingrix vaccine. 
​- Healthy adults 50 years and older should get two doses of Shingrix, separated by 2 to 6 months.
- Your insurance may cover your shingles vaccination. 
Shingrix Information from the CDC

​Pneumonia Vaccine

- Pneumonia vaccines are given on weekdays from 9am-11am and 2pm-5pm. No appointment necessary.
​- Medicare covers the cost of the pneumonia vaccine. 
- Recommended for individuals 65 and older.

TDap Vaccine

- TDap vaccines are given on weekdays from 9am-11am and 2pm-5pm. No appointment necessary.
- Covers tetanus, diphtheria, and whooping cough.
- Your insurance may cover your TDaP vaccine. 
- We administer TDaP for individuals 16 and older.
